''Who can comprehend the full nature of a thought? Who ...''

    Clipping reads: MIND.

    Notes Position: whole page

This clipping is four pages long and pasted in the scrapbook like a pamphlet.

[p. 110] is on the reverse side of Simms's ''The Poet's Lot'' and does not appear to be by Simms. This last page of the four page clipping deals with psychology, imagination, and development of the mind. Because Kibler identifies the poem on the reverse side as one by Simms, published in the College of Charleston Magazine, the publication information for this essay is also known.
